About the role
Utilizing your exceptional skills and your passion for delivering fresh and wholesome meals. Work alongside a dedicated team of Chefs to assist with preparation of meals and delivering a memorable dining experience. A great opportunity for a passionate cook who is committed to the preparation and presentation of meals that will exceed expectations.
Critical responsibilities:
- Competent in food preparation
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Capable of prioritizing work within established routines, methods and procedures
- Post-meal time cleaning of kitchen
- Have a genuine love of cooking and delivering food to a high standard.
- You are organized and understand the importance of sound food safety practices and personal presentation
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
Successful Candidates will have:
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous kitchen experience is a big plus
- A high standard of presentation, hygiene and grooming
