- Primary location\: SkyPoint, with flexibility to work at Dreamworld and WhiteWater World as required

What’s the gig?
Both roles are predominantly based at SkyPoint; however, you may be rostered across Dreamworld and WhiteWater World as needed. Our Security Team is seeking friendly, customer-focused professionals to join us, helping to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our guests, team members, and assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overnight fridge and freezer checks
- Locking up the park
- Securing buildings and gates
- Conducting patrols
- Performing animal welfare checks
- Monitor entry and exit points including elevators, stairwells, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure orderly flow of visitors, especially during peak times, sunset sessions, or events
To Be Considered, You Must Hold:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Security Licence (including unarmed, crowd controller, monitoring)
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
What We’re Looking For:
- No security experience required – just a willingness to learn!
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator
- Ability to perform well under pressure in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and during school and public holiday periods
